    My favorite part is that after the legal description of the property the “house” is item number one conveyed with it! Just so there’s no misunderstanding

    I have come across this several times this year that sellers take the mounts with them but leave the holes . . . . – if sellers want to remove it should be automatic that they patch up the holes and repaint that wall.
